Chiropractic Adjustment

Initial 2 Visits - Includes complete chiropractic evaluation, Xrays as necessary, and the Doctor's Report of findings in your second visit.

          $50 for each of the first two visits (applies to first family member)

          $30 for each of the first two visits (applies to addition family member)

Re-Evaluations - For all patients who have not visited the office in more than 6 months, or have had an accident or injury since their last visit - ($45 per patient)

Cash Payment for each Adjustment

          $40/ Adjustment ~ Plans available to minimize financial responsibility

Other Services

Massage - Prices below are in the case that the patient does not have insurance that covers Massage Therapy or are meeting a deductible

          30 Minutes - $35

          60 Minutes - $70

Other Fees/Acceptions

Service Patients - All patients active with Fire Departments, Ambulances Squads, Police Departments in which we have contracts with. Check with our office or your health and safety officers/chiefs at your squads in order to find out if we have an active contract.

Initial Visits - $65 for the two visits

Adjustments - $10 per adjustment

Massages - (price same as above)

X-rays - $10 per film

Re-Evaluations - (price same as above)
