Spinal Adjustment

Initial 2 Visits -

Includes complete chiropractic evaluation, Xrays as necessary, Computerized Scans, and the Doctor's Report of findings in your second visit.

$65 for the first family member

$45 for each addition family member

 

Cash Payment for each Adjustment -

Includes all adjustments done by the doctors with in the office.

$35/ Adjustment

$120/Month - Cash Payment for each Month for the first family memeber

$60/Month - Cash Payment for each additional family member. 

$300/Month - Families of 4 or more

 

Other Services

Massage -

Prices below are in the case that the patient does not have insurance that covers Massage or their Deductible has not been met.

30 Minutes - $35

60 Minutes - $70

 

Other Fees/Acceptions

Service Patients

This includes all patients included with Fire Departments, Ambulances Squads, Police Departments in which we have contracts with. Check with us or your health and safety officers at your squads in order to find out if we have an active contract.

Initial Visits (same as above)

Adjustments - $10 per patient whether there is insurance coverage or not

Massages - (same as above)

X-rays - $10 per film

Re-Evaluations -

For all those patients who have not visited the office in more than one year.

$45 - per patient re-evaluation
